Research4Life launched GOALI [Global Online Access to Legal Information] on the 6th of March 2018. GOALI is a new programme that will provide free or low cost online access and training to law and lawrelatedcontent to eligible institutions in developing countries aimed at of improving the quality of legal research, education and training in low- and middle-income countries, and in turn strengthen legal frameworks and institutions and further the rule of law.
